My Husband and I attended the 2018 Military & Veterans Winter Ball at the Oconomowoc location. The staff were all amazing. From front desk receptionists, bartenders to kitchen staff. Very caring and kind. Beautiful Hotel. The banquet dinner was excellent. Only issue was the ATM was out of order during this very large event. Overall though, wonderful experience. - Griffin family

It was a nice place with some neat features like a golf simulator room. But it's closed now and may stay that way. When it opened there weren't many things around it and it was more special. But by the time it closed a few weeks ago it had slipped a little. It would be nice to see it revived or put to some other use, but it will take some creative vision and a lot of money to make that happen.

Rooms were not top quality but they still were not bad. Felt like a maze at first. Maybe it's best to leave where the rooms are a little better. But the bar was a great time, The restaurant had a fantastic buffet for a hotel and overall it was a great hotel. We had our yellow ribbon event prior to our deployment. The conference hall was nice and the catered lunch was delicious.
