biggest gym I've been to. Doors open 5am and the place is clean and well equipped.
Used this gym during my stay at the Clarion Hotel next door. Quite big, fully equipped, clean and well maintained. Good for weight training as well as cardio. You get nice views to boot.
Good gym, not overly busy. Great ciews of Trondheimsfjord and Munkholmen while running/spinning
Nice views for a gym. Not many instructor lead classes, but some water gym options. Too bad they are closing in April 2023.
Old equipment ( at least 10-15 years ) many of the machines need service or have to be replaced. Dressing room is also old but functional.. If you're here for vacation and need a basic gym for basic exercise with basic expectation, then this is a place for you... 3T pirbadet membership doesn't match price and quality what they're marketing at the website. Highest price in Trondheim for low quality.
