Επισκέπτομαι το γυμναστήριο κάτι παραπάνω από 2 μήνες και έχω να πω μονάχα τα καλύτερα! Μέσα σε δύο μήνες τα αποτελέσματα στο σώμα μου ήταν θεαματικά! Σημαντικό όμως είναι πως άλλαξε και η ψυχολογία μου προς το καλύτερο. Χώρος καθαρός και περιποιημένος, ο Άγης είναι πάντα εκεί καθοδηγεί και είναι υποστηρικτικός σε κάθε δυσκολία που μπορεί να προκύψει! Στα θετικά επίσης ο μικρός χρόνος που απαιτείται για άσκηση (μόλις μισή ώρα). Θετικότατο το ότι ανά μήνα γίνονται λεπτομερείς μετρήσεις και παρακολουθείς την πρόοδο σου! Επιτέλους ένα γυμναστήριο που κάθε γυναίκα νιώθει ανετα και πάει με όρεξη!

Πηγαίνω στο γυμναστήριο εδώ και 4 χρόνια,ξεκίνησα εξαιτίας κάποιου χειρουργείου που είχα κάνει.Με τη βοήθεια του γυμναστή ,και των μηχανημάτων είμαι σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση σωματικά,και εννοείται δεν πρόκειται να σταματησω
