This is a compact sized but well equipped 24 hrs gym. A few cardo machines and good mixture of cable machines. Hand weights, such dumbells, range from 3kg to 58 kg. There is a separate room for other cardio, stretching and a boxing bag. For parking, there is plenty of parking in the car park. The staff suggest a padlock (medium sized) for personal locker storage although some patrons opt not to use. For reasonable monthly price, I will definately use the same Gym on my next trip.
