Logan and I have been coming to Courage since November. We love it, the coaches are fantastic, really explain everything and work with you. There is always a friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend Courage Muay Thai to anyone. Once you start it you will love it.

The community created is uplifting and supportive, the classes are varied and cover experienced athletes to complete newbies to Muay Thai. Courage muay thai has to be one of the best gyms I ever been apart of,they have a class designed for anyone and everyone those who just want to add a bit of excitement and community to their workouts or professionals learning new techniques in sparring theirs a place for everyone. I personally love their all levels sparring class for the variety of partners that force me to adapt my tactics.
