switching from wembley park gym group to here is definetely a great improvement. equipment is better, gyms cleaner and instructors are incredible. i recently had a personal fitness session with Jakub K and it was absolutely beneficial in helping me readjust my gym priorities and see real growth. having only had three sessions, i can comfortably say its worth every penny and i already feel more positive about my image and my body. i only wish there were more of these gyms around london!
I’ve had a great experience at this gym. The equipment is modern and well-maintained, and the staff are always friendly, especially Saloni very helpful. The atmosphere is motivating, and it’s never too crowded. I especially appreciate how clean everything is. Highly recommended!
Such a great local gym with a really welcoming atmosphere - the staff are always very helpful :)) The equipment is well maintained, there’s plenty of space to train, and it’s clean and organised. The environment feels comfortable whether you’re there for a quick workout or a longer session. Overall a really positive place to train!!
Saloni & Yousef at front desk are very welcoming and helpful around the gym. Overall, the gym has a good selection of equipment and classes. If you’re looking to improve your fitness in a fun but challenging way, I would highly recommend boxing and PT sessions with Coach Leo
decided to give working out here a try. the main TV was playing religious scripture instead of anything fitness-related. passages about women keeping themselves protected from sin and being devoted to their husbands, plus references to hellfire. i’d have appreciated knowing the place had a faith-based environment before walking in, so i could decide if it was the right fit. would suggest either putting fitness content on the screens or making the gym’s identity clear in the listing so people know what to expect.
