I have never met with so anti-consumer approach. I came to Tillburg as the extra job reasons and in time when I signed the monthly contract I was told that in case of resignation to inform the reception for membership cancellation. Due to unexpected circumstances I was forced to go back to my country immediately beacause of private reasons so I sent the e-mail that I cannot continue anymore... I was told to pay ANOTHER 2 MONTHS because second month have just started(I informed them 2 DAYS after resumption day ) and one extra beacues in the contract in tiny words there is written that there is one month extra grace period. So finally for going there 1 full month I paid for 3 MONTHS. Talking with the staff has the same effect as talking to robot, they only care what it is said in the contract. Despite paying everything(according to the stupid contract which they rely on) I received an e-mail from vindication with the link for payment even I settled it full. Completely ubelivable. No greetings.
Bad place, with bad atmosphere . Not recommend!!! Very unpleasant personal, bold-short man, with silly voice.
When I arrived, the door was closed, I rang the doorbell, a short, bald man opened, uncultured, pumped up and nervous, drove in and screamed like a woman.It's a very unpleasant place, and I won't be in that place. Treat the nervous system, the nerves are not recovering.
