Unreal gym. Equipment is superb all the way through the gym. They really have thought of everything. Staff amazing and helpful too.
Great gym, very friendly and helpful staff. Sadly, moving out of the area and having to finish my membership has only highlighted just how comprehensive their selection of equipment is compared to other gyms. I cannot recommend this gym highly enough.
First time at kongs this evening. What a gym. Literally every piece of kit you can think of, and it’s high quality top of the range stuff! The lad on the desk was great and showed me around before my session so I knew how to plan my training! So accommodating. Will definitely be back. What an awesome discovery and would highly recommend to anyone getting in to fitness and experienced lifters. The best gym Iv been to in the uk. 10/10

Kong Gym LTD Bridgend Great Location (free Parking ) was available. I used the Pay as you go (day pass) cost £10. I chose Leg workout on this visit here’s my experience ! Bikes available for warm up ! Then used leg extension machine 2/5 for hitting my legs.Squat power cage next 5/5 on this great condition on this set up i.e bars in great condition / floor platform superb and they even got the metal Olympic standard plates available on this! Thumbs up ! Old school clunk noise! Leg press was next Hammer/Strength brand 3/5 hitting my legs moved onto yet another leg press that this gym had to offer a WATSON hardcore brand this one hit my legs better 4/5. Hit the new Rage over the internet the (pendulum squat machine)first gym I have seen one in so far on my leg building journey wow I loaded 40 kg onto this machine and well lets say I ended up halving this to only 20kg huge thumbs up! Hacks were my last to finish the workout there was two different machines available both WATSON Im sure the one I chose was 4/5 great. The Male changing room was clean and had a shower available, aesthetically presented the walls were Venetian black and grey textured plastered walls amazing touch. I finished my experience at the Reception well needed protein shake the staff I met were great smiles and so easy to talk to let’s just say I could have chatted to them until closing time laughing! I will be visiting/using this gym again “for sure”! Thanks Kong Gym Ltd.
