Great friendly and inclusive gym, classes for everyone and cafe. The swimming pool is very warm, which is wonderful for babies and small children. I've been here for years and enjoyed different classes. There's a thriving squash community here that I know nothing about and swimming lessons that are well taught and organised.
Held my baby’s christening here, though the kitchen can be quite finicky if you don’t have their food. The bar staff and events team are great to work with and easy to communicate with too! Very accommodating ✌🏼
I joined this gym a few months back and I love it! The facilities are brilliant, enough to use when at busy periods. The sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi are of high standard and the classes are great. I haven't been into the bar yet, however it always looks welcoming. The staff are always happy and friendly - which is great! :)
This is a lovely little health centre, with good facilities, the gym has some good equipment to cater for your needs. There is a nice café so you can get something to eat and drink. This is a little gem of a place.
Not a bad facility but desperately needs so upgrades and refurbishments. The gym equipment is very old and generally needs modernising and upgrading. The same goes for the pool and spa facilities, either not working great or generally very tired. These combined are disappointing considering the premium price this centre demands. There isn't really any competition in the area so it seems that's the only reason then can get by without a better facility.
