Dopo un semplice messaggio whatsapp improvviso, in cui avvisavano la chiusura del centro in corso Racconigi Torino ad agosto 2025, ho richiesto il rimborso del mio annuale. Non ho mai ricevuto risposta nonostante i numerosi solleciti. Non me lo aspettavo perché li reputavo una palestra seria. Ora mi sto muovendo tramite denuncia con avvocato: è una questione di rispetto.
Come la signora Carla, sto ancora aspettando il rimborso. Avevo pagato un abbonamento annuale, ma poi è cambiato completamente quanto offerto dalla palestra. Sono 9 mesi che aspetto. All'inizio, almeno, rispondevano alle e-mail, ora solo silenzio. Sono andata anche di persona e ho trovato tutto chiuso. Delusa. Edit 13/10/2025: il rimborso della palestra Curves è diventato un voucher da utilizzare in alcune palestre Just Women. Se non mi interessava continuare dopo il cambio Curves/Just Women, perché dovrebbe interessarmi ora? Mi stanno proponendo quello che avevo già rifiutato a gennaio 2025. Pessimi.
I went to Curves from its opening until January, when it became Just Women and changed its services. Since it no longer met my needs, I asked for a refund for the annual membership I paid in advance. They calculated the amount due, and after five months and at least ten reminder emails, I'm still waiting. Terrible behavior, very disappointed. Another month has passed, but there's been no response from them. I think I'll never see the refund I'm owed again, as, without warning, they removed the equipment and completely changed the program, meaning the offer no longer matches what I signed up for. It's shameful. Furthermore, it's impossible to contact the owners by phone, who, among other things, have put all the Just Women properties up for sale. The latest development is that, after the last reminder, they told me that my case is now being handled by a lawyer and that I should contact him. I called, and a rather rude secretary told me I'd receive an email with everything written down. It's been 20 days, and there's been no response here either. I see that other members have written reviews after me. I hope that by doing so in large numbers it will help to make some progress.
Ho iniziato a frequentare la palestra quando adottava il metodo Curves. Da gennaio è stato tutto stravolto: niente piu macchinari, orari prestabiliti diversi ogni giorno anziché ingresso libero, allenamento non adatto a molte di noi. Ci è stato promesso il rimborso dell'abbonamento (da me rinnovato a ottobre senza nessuna comunicazione da parte della società in merito ai cambiamenti imminenti) se dopo un mese di prova non saremmo state soddisfatte, ma ad oggi non si è visto nulla. In questo modo ci viene anche preclusa la possibilià di iscriverci altrove, se non sborsando altri soldi. Nessuna risposta alle numerose mail... pessima gestione. Sconsiglio vivamente la sottoscrizione di abbonamenti a lungo termine... si rischia solo di perdere soldi.
After the four-week summer closure, they never reopened. Initially, they told us there were problems with the air conditioning and that they would keep us updated, but then nothing. When asked, they responded via WhatsApp that it wasn't their fault and that they didn't know anything. As of today, September 12th, they haven't even responded to messages. The result is that we haven't trained for a month and a half and we don't even know if or when they'll reopen so we can possibly decide to enroll elsewhere. Even if the problem isn't actually their fault, their handling of the situation has been terrible, to say the least!
