We had a fabulous 3-hour couples treatment and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff are true professionals, attentive, skilled, and completely focused on creating a relaxing, personalized experience. The spa itself is beautifully designed, adding to the overall sense of calm and comfort.

Had a facial and the first impressions on arrival were very good. As soon as I was taken to the room, the therapist spent good 15 minutes talking me through different treatments encouraging a more expensive option. I understand the skin assessment may suggest a different treatment is needed but this should be done prior to be taken to the room which is supposed to be a place of calm and relaxation. The selling of treatments was too direct to the point that made me feel uncomfortable. The therapist was gentle and friendly and the treatment I had in the end was OK but quite short. The canapés offered were a nice touch but it was cheap stuff at least the cheese didn’t have any flavour. After the treatment they tried to sell creams which again was too much in my face and very commercial. I think staff should have the intuition if one wishes to buy their products or not rather than continuing pushing the sale which makes it very intimidating. I don’t think I would return.
The absolute worst spa I have ever been to the workers are rude and unprofessional. I came in specifically regarding a pimple they said they would take care of it and tried charging me €235 for a glowing skin treatment and tried avoiding even fixing the pimple and at the end told me that I should’ve known from the beginning, they couldn’t have helped. I would never recommend this place to anyone do not go here and beware that you will be scammed. Horrible, horrible, horrible Experience absolutely disgusting and disappointing.
