Joining Kore is the best thing I've done! A friendly and welcoming gym with a great atmosphere. As someone new to hyrox, all classes are scalable with supportive coaches. Highly recommend ☺️

Absolutely love training at Kore! From the moment I joined, everyone made me feel so welcome and part of the community. The atmosphere is incredibly friendly and supportive, and I’ve never once felt out of place. The classes are fantastic, the equipment is top quality, and there’s such a positive energy every time you walk through the doors. It’s genuinely become one of my favourite places to be. Couldn’t recommend Kore enough!
What a gym!! The environment, the trainers, the classes, are next level. The most supportive people, no judgement, just everyone trying to be better and encouraging others to do the same. The classes are buzzing, sometimes 50 plus people, and somehow they still manage to make you feel supported whatever level you are! Kore is the place to be 🙌
I have been a member at Kore Gym from the beginning! The classes and the staff are amazing. They make everyone feel welcome and assist with all abilities. Everyone who attends the classes are welcoming and friendly. The classes have also helped me improve techniques and overall fitness! So many members competed in Cardiff Hyrox and the support from everyone there was amazing! Kore merch everywhere!! Gym feels like a family
