Summit Athletic Club

I have done the weight loss challenge 3 years in a row. This is the first year I took it seriously. I have a friend that's been going all month with me. She doesn't have a license so we've had to figure out how to get there daily (almost daily) and get to classes and have them signed off. This sign off paper has been the biggest part of our challenge although we got 14/15 signatures we are both sad we didn't get them all. We have worked completely different shifts this month, I've worked days and evenings and she has worked nights. We have still gotten there. I just wish there were more afternoon classes. All of the instructors we have met are amazing. The classes are very fun. We both plan to keep going for a very long time.

Worst Customer Service I have recieved in our Community!! It's really disheartening when all they care about is money for their company rather than understanding that things happen without knowing what the future will hold!! Met with David in Membership Services yesterday, he showed no empathy, but he did like to repeatedly use the word legally! Let's talk about legally David when you showed us another client's contract!! After several phone calls of getting the run around, we were forced to go meet with David in person, no offered handshake and he was more focused on a text that apparently was more important than why we were there! Something that could have been taken care so easily over the phone or by an email which we were told to do one of them many times of calling only to be abruptly told by Olga that she couldn't help us either!! Upon arriving I couldn't help but notice the parking lot full, it's clear that they have more than enough money coming into that company, but David made it more clear that they only care about the fees and signed contract which it's a legal binding contract! Oh and when I asked to speak to the Owner that David claimed he was protecting he replied with, "you don't get to talk to the Owner, you deal with me"!! Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! I'm not one to leave a negative review, but the way he talked to us yesterday was so condescending and unprofessional!! I can't even imagine a guy like him working for my company!!

I came in on a saturday to see the gym and it was dead and the guy said it can get busy but not to bad. Lies! Most times i went it was so packed i would have had to park so far away in the dark i didn't feel comfortable. Then when i got a divorce and moved from st George to ALABAMA they wouldn't let me out of my contract. I literally moved a 6 hr plane ride away and they kept tacking on all these fees and fines. I moved to give my 2 little children a better quality of life as st George was to costly for me after my divorce. Then i got an email from Karen well over 9 months after i had moved saying that they were taking me to collections for 2000 dollars? And they kept saying they needed a utility bill to prove i moved but i live with my mom. I had other mail and even a divorce decree signed by a utah judge with my Alabama address but i just put that there to get out of my gym membership. That makes perfect sense. I basically begged her to help me out I ended up paying way more then needed in the end because they couldn't be human and just take the 50 cancelation fee when I moved they wanted all these back membership fees. Rude people the few times i went and still just as unhelpful and unpleasant when I moved.
