My partner and I dropped in for a few days and immediately fell in love with the people and the space! We were worried that gyms in the area would be closed on 12/31 and 01/01 due to the holiday but both days we were able to hop into a class. It was great to both end the year and start the year at this gym. There is plenty of open space to either do your own workout or hop into the WOD. The coaches were super accommodating. The other members were kind and made us feel welcomed. If you're in the area you must check out this space! Great experience!

Staff is very friendly and will work with you slowly as you get started. In my first month I learned most of the moves in one on one sessions. Equipment is very clean and the whole vibe of members and trainers is excellent. Definitely a great way to get in shape while having fun.
