I canceled my membership at Crunch and decided to check this gym out. Maddie helped me get all set up and provided amazing customer experience throughout the process. I expressed my concerns of previous reviews with safety she reassured me that those issues no longer existed. Which makes me happy since I usually work out at 5am and it is dark around that time. The gym is huge and has so many options for mechanics. I also really enjoyed the vibe of the gym. Will definitely be coming here from now on.
What happens to the security ? Just saw a man peeing outside his car and last week I heard a man saying a dude was scooping out cars. I appreciate the updates in the gym, as well but can we work on fixing broken equipment. We pay for membership and we want to feel protected and we want to utilize equipment without wondering if it's going to function right.
I came back to this gym because of the women's center. Although if you go in there you can tell it needs a lot of work. Whatever for $10/month right? Well today my car got vandalized when I went in there the manager dismissed me real quick with no concern whatsoever / empathy. Rear window broken & $400 later. If you attend be careful. You might come out to your car broken into also & no they don't care.
