First Fitness has been a huge help for me! I really wanted to try a natural approach to weight loss aids and this worked better than I anticipated! I lost eight pounds in the first month, and three months in, I'm at 18 pounds lost. It helps so much with cravings and helping me not eat as much at meal times. I'll definitely be continuing this program and am excited to see even more long term results!

This product is amazing!! I lost 90 lbs in 5 months and kept it off! Easy enough... Just follow the menu and get 30 minutes of exercise or more a day. Trust me! You won't regret it!

This month September 2025 I began for a fitness nutmission because my medical Doctor wanted to put me on 4 Staten drugs For my high blood pressure and I don't wanna be on even one. I have high blood pressure, diabetic and have cancer very much in my family. I also need to loose about 50 pounds @ my doctors and me. I am very interested on how First Fitness Nutrition can help me. I hope to have good results for you soon.

It doesn't take a medical degree to see that this company's claims go far beyond what the science supports. They do not provide a single peer-reviewed study to support the safety or effectiveness of their health products. Most of what they sell appears to be backed by misleading or unverifiable claims, with no third-party testing available to customers. If you have questions about ingredients or safety, I strongly advise against relying on answers from staff like Nigel, Rudina, or Steve. They either don't have adequate product knowledge, or worse, they do know and simply don't care. Please speak to a licensed medical professional before using any of their products. Their flagship weight loss supplement, Trimsulin, is marketed as having "no side effects," despite containing ingredients commonly associated with digestive issues, nausea, and possible hormonal disruptions. These types of claims are not only irresponsible, they can be dangerous. One of the most heavily promoted products is Reneu, which is essentially an overpriced laxative. It's marketed as a daily gut cleanse and probiotic aid, yet contains far too few probiotics to offer any real benefit. Instead, it can lead to dependence when taken daily, as recommended by their top promoter, Nigel. This isn't a health product, it's a sales trap. Anyone regularly taking Reneu and finding they "can't go without it" should immediately consult a physician. This is not normal, and long-term laxative use can have serious consequences. In my opinion, this company operates on deception, and I would not be surprised if legal action becomes necessary. I encourage anyone who has had negative health effects or concerns from long-term Reneu use to speak to a consumer protection attorney. If enough people step forward, there could be grounds for a class action lawsuit. Don't fall for unverified claims, empty guarantees, or pressure to join a "business opportunity." Protect your health, your money, and your time.
