Ordered black finish cane = finlsh was rough build was good , but had to do a lot of wood and finish work . Has CM been sold a few years back ?
I bought a Dojo cane from cane masters. I was generally happy with the quality except the cane was a little crooked. See pics. I sent an email with photos to cane masters but did not heard back. For the price I would assume the cane should be straight. Here is the response I received after contacting Cane Masters several times ".........Training grade wood is used which may not be 100 percent straight and may have small visible flaws but since we are not carving the cane should not make any difference in the training environment." So It other words do not expect a straight cane, they made no attempt to correct this problem.
The experience with cane masters isn't a good one. First, it's there most expensive cane you can buy. Second, they rarely answer inquiries. Third, they far exceed their quoted lead time with no updates. I will say the canned I received is very well made. Finally, they take no care in shipping protection and advised I call ups about the page damage. I would not buy another cane from them.
I paid $240 for a cane because I wanted a top quality American made cane. The customer service here is not good. My Cane showed up and it’s not the measurement that I ordered. I emailed and called them, they sent me the measurement instructions and told me that their website states all sales are final, but I ordered a 37 and I did not get the right size. I did do a double check on the measurement and I need a taller one than the 37 I ordered but this thing is 2 inches shorter than I need not one. She offered to send me a tip to extend it . I’ve heard nothing since but 1 inch that’s not going to help me. There’s no documentation showing what I ordered. I can’t prove it because they don’t give you the form . I have a severe issue with my ankle  I can barely walk without assistance and what I’ve been using is not acceptable and that’s why even with medical bills piling up I went ahead and spent that kind of money on a walking cane. They go all the way up to $500 on this website . I waited patiently for this just to find out that it’s not correct and I’m not be able to get it Solved . It is very frustrating. I would find somewhere else to do business if you’re gonna spend your hard earned money. 
I ordered my cane on 13MAY26. Paid $516.00 for the cane. Got an email from Kayte saying that my cane would be delivered 10-15 days from the order. That email was mailed on 20MAY26. Today is 15JUN26. No cane, no email, no response, no shipping information, no tracking information, as promised. I filled out a Florida Attorney General complaint form with supporting invoices and email communications. In my last email to them, I informed Cane Masters that if I do not have my cane as ordered by 22JUN26, then I will send the FLAG form via email and hard copy by registered mail. C’mon, it's a stick! An expensive stick, but still a stick. My Facebook feed and spam folder are full of emails and advertisements from Cane Masters. The ads look good, but here I am, no cane and writing this review. Caveat emptor!
