Nicky is a fantastic caring yoga teacher. Not only did she make room for me last minute in her class she also translated everything into English for me. I was able to flow effortlessly from pose to pose and understand deep healing techniques of both yin yoga and learn about meridian because her english was very clear. Nicky combined both philosophy's is healing in a new way I've never experience before which expanded my own practice. I wish I lived close so I could take more lessons with Nicky! I can only recommend Nicky and her yoga classes! Everything has already been said about the great conditions such as group size and different levels and can only be confirmed on my part. Nicky offers courses for every yoga level from beginner to advanced, from calm Yin Yoga to sweaty Vinyasa Flow. The small groups and Nicky's calm, loving manner enable a very personal atmosphere and after each yoga class, body and soul are totally balanced through the exercises and impulses!
Yoga with Nicky is varied and great fun! For me, the perfect mix of challenging exercises and relaxing elements. Keep it up :)
