My daughter has done at least 5 comps at Valhalla and whilst it is a small gym the comp is always well handled , food truck is there all day for food so convenient as there is is nothing close around the area ... A good additional would be a coffee van ...
Having been here many times as a competitor and coach, I am consistently impressed at the quality and quantity of equipment at Valhalla, definitely the gym to train at for Northsiders.

the best gym ever !!!! the most welcoming, wholesome environment i've ever been to. i used to have the most anxiety ever going to the gym but since coming here i wake up excited to come here. everyone is so lovely
People I met here is friendly and supportive. The staff were so nice. Now I have the confidence I was hoping long ago.
