If you plan on joining this gym, do yourself a favour and book some time with Marco (Personal Trainer). This guy holds me accountable to working hard and has not given up on me even when I have. Great place to work out with some great staff to help achieve your fitness goals.

My husband and I recently signed up at Golds Gym Mark was super helpful with showing us around the gym and getting us signed up! he explained everything really well and was helpful in answering all of our questions. pool, hot tub and sauna are all great bonuses and the gym rates are super affordable! Definitely recommend checking them out if your looking for a gym membership

Love my trainer Anna!! She's been so supportive and helpful these past few months I've been training with her. Would definitely recommend booking her if you're wanting to improve on your fitness, no matter what fitness level you are!

Anna is doing a great job!! She helped me get in shape when I was stuck. She's being impressive at improving the facility. It has been run poorly in past. Needs more weight lifting equipment. I can't seem to grow my calves.

Great gym with lots of equipment. I wish parking was better, but the staff and front end desk are always super friendly! The A/C in this gym has been hit or miss for a while now, would be great to have it working again because it is summer. Would recommend this gym to friends/family for sure!
