1-Star Review(I wanted to Give 0 but unfortunately we don’t have that option): Worst Experience Ever with Shri Ram Motors, Renukoot Honestly, this is the worst showroom/service center I’ve ever dealt with. Sri Ram Motors,murdhawa,Renukoot is a complete disappointment from start to finish. Here’s what went wrong: •❌ Staff has no manners at all. They talk rudely and behave like they’re doing you a favor. •🕒 Pathetic delay in delivery. They’ll promise one day and make you run around for weeks. •💸 Hidden charges everywhere. They’ll add extra costs without even informing you. •⚙️ No proper service. After paying full money, the vehicle was still in bad condition. •📞 They stop picking up calls once payment is done. Zero accountability. •🧾 Totally unprofessional setup. No one knows what’s happening or who’s responsible. In short: Shri Ram Motors, Renukoot is all about false promises and careless attitude. I regret wasting my time, energy, and money here. Never going back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

The gear of the truck was coming off, went to the workshop on 15-7-25, it took one day to check, the next day they said the gear must be loose, I said do the work under warranty, even after 4 days it did not work, I called Tata company, after a lot of insistence, it went on road on 20-7-25, after the work was done, I was threatened by the workshop over the phone that if you ever disclose this route etc. then I will tell you, I am calling you right, find out in the workshop
