I had miraculous experiences in know thyself and Garbhsanskar course. I lost 7kgs of weight following raw vegetable diet taught by Sangu guruji during know thyself course. More importantly I learnt to love myself. I developed self worth. I did this course in 2007. Then after marriage, during pregnancy I did Garbhsanskar course in 2011. It's worth doing. I created vision board, flash cards and encyclopedia bits for my baby. My baby girl learnt to read words at the age of 1 year. She started telling countries on map at 1 and half year of age..
