I can't recommend Legends Fit Rockwall enough. I had a complicated situation with my membership due to a job change, and the management (specifically Heidi) was incredibly professional and understanding. It's rare to find a business that genuinely prioritizes people over a balance sheet. 5 stars for the culture and the service!
I've followed this Gym from all locations! The staff is amazing. The trainers are amazing and it has all the equipment you need to build an amazing physique! Cody Caddell was an absolute legend coach I hired. Super professional and knowledgeable! He catered and planned everything to me and my needs and adjustments every day we trained. Highly recommended!
Legends Fit is a gym. A REAL gym! There is a wide range of equipment for all experience levels. They truly have a great variety of machines and weight range of dumbbells. Weights and equipment aside, it has a real sense of community. Gym personnel and members have all been really awesome. I highly recommend you check out Legends Fit, I may see you in there.
Great gym. Love the people there. Trainers are really up tight. Change the music when the whole gym is vibing and having a good time. Elle comes in and changes it to some picnic music.
I used to enjoy working out here because of the diverse equipment but now most of it is torn or bent beyond repair. I came back and I can admit I was coming off an injury and walked in with my friend. It was understandable why I got stopped right after I walked in and ended up paying for a day pass (this part was on me). It honestly blows my mind how I had a membership here for 8 months up until I had surgery and every month I got charged a different amount and here's the crazy part ,they charged me over double what they listed the membership and somehow the membership kept getting more expensive. There are good memories I had at this gym but I honestly I just left when I came back. The equipment is dirty ,most things are out of order or get bent . I'm not the only one who has experienced these issues. I have multiple friends who got to this gym and have experienced similar issues. We did contact the gym about it and they said they would fix it and then preceded to charge me double that next month. That was the main issue I had with this gym. I was planning on renewing my membership but honestly I'm going back to 24. This is not just my words but this is multiple people I heard of. I hope you are able to take some of these issues into account and improve in these areas. Thank you in advance if you do!
