If you're aim is getting fit & healthy, I thoroughly recommend Mis-Fit Women's Wellness fitness centre. I look forward to my workouts, 45 minutes & I'm done! I also enjoy the convenience of a 24 hour gym & the healthy meal options available. The staff are very helpful, friendly & professional. Encouraging you every step of the way!
