I’ve been training at SD Fitness for the past 2 years, and it’s been an outstanding experience. The gym is always clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a complete workout. It's a very good gym, people are also friendly and helpful there. It feels very motivated to come and workout with the young generation, they all are very welcoming. Best environment

I’ve been going to this gym for more than 3 years now. I can say this is my second home and I take my decisions of where to stay based on its proximity to SD fitness. That is how homely it makes me feel. Coming to equipments, they’re very clean, very well maintained. Each one of them just hits right. In my opinion, this is the best gym in Hyderabad without doubt!
SD Gym is easily the best gym in Somajiguda and nearby areas including Begumpet, Ameerpet, Punjagutta, etc. The gym has most of the latest equipment and is in always a good condition.. Management takes good care and makes timely improvement to the gym infrastructure.. The gym also has Personal Trainers.. I've been training under Shiva (Trainer) for the past 2 years and I've seen considerable improvement in my strength and functional fitness during this period. I'd a weak knee due to which I was unable to perform basic squats and lunges, which has now strengthened considerably. Shiva has immense knowledge of variations. He makes us do different variations every week for every muscle and encourages us patiently to get better.. He's also very particular about form and personally monitors the form and posture of every trainee. Needless to say, in addition to training us, he himself is a big fitness enthusiast and strives to stay in shape. I recommend this gym to all those who want to start their fitness journey..
