9Round River Valley

This is a very good place to learn boxing and to increase fitness. The people there are very nice and very approachable. In the 30 mins session that I did, i learned a lot of stuff despite the short time.

Great cardio workout, super efficient with great staff. The option to drop in anytime during hours coupled with the 30 minute workout is great for anyone on a tight schedule.

A great effective way to keep fit and punch your stress away 😊 the trainers are patience and full of energy, overall never a dull workout at 9 Rounds!

Best gym for me, productive 30 mins! Thank you Shaikh for being the best trainer here!

New gym in the hood! Love how easy it is to get a fun, effective workout! Keep it up.
