The team is amazing, always willing to help, whether it's correcting your posture or giving you an extra push. Not only have I improved physically, but I've also improved my discipline. Este lugar ofrece una alternativa distinta para ejercitar el cuerpo por medio de ejercicios acompañados de impulsores...la verdad es que no tenía mucha esperanza, pero luego de la primera clase cambié drásticamente de opinión. Me matriculé por tres meses...espero que acompañada de una dieta logre bajar de peso.. el couch ingenioso en la clase...ATREVETE a probarlo.
