David Lloyd Sudbury Hill

My experience of David Lloyd is not good- they don’t have a clue how to treat new customers and they don’t even try to help you if there’s a problem- they don’t offer any solution to any difficulty one may be having with their service- the person ‘assisting’ me sounded like a street hoodlum- fortunately I only purchased a trial membership -(£14 I might as well of thrown in the bin!)- I couldn’t be dealing with that kind of service for a whole year!!! Very disappointed with this experience and would not recommend it to anyone. I am definitely not going to purchase any further services from this company.

Avoid them like the plague. I wish there was a way of giving them 0 stars. Absolute joke of an outfit - they say you have to send them an email to cancel your membership to give 3 months notice but no-one mans their emails. No process to then cut the direct debits off and you end up having to waste your time having to chase for payments. Unacceptable for a gym membership where you are spending premium money for (>£100). Not what i expected having been a member for 6 years.

Be careful about the £14 offer completely avoid it The Jacuzzi sauna and a steam room is big enough For five people it’s really small!!! The gym is very old and really busy. There is a reason behind that £14 offer!!! So it’s your choice if you want to experience it I did and I absolutely hated it.
