With 3 branches in Basel and many others spreaded around Switzerland, this is probably the best bang for the buck by a good margin. Don't expect saunas, wellness facilities or fancy stuff. This is as simple as it gets when covering the basics and you won't regret not going for long periods.
Not a nice gym. Dirty, rude staff, machines often out of order.

Forced me to pay after I had signed up for a 1CHF for 1 month trial where no service was provided and I mentioned I won't be joining. Billed me repeatedly without even giving me a key to enter the gym? Then handed me over to the bill collections agency with late fees etc for an entire year. Typical bad faith business practices of gyms ripping off customers just to stay afloat. No real barbells or barbell racks and poor conditions in showers. Very poor communication and no lack of communication with customers other than following processes to get paid for services not rendered.
