My recent visit to Quantum Fitness was truly amazing, and Izabella was the primary reason for such a positive experience. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly amazing and helpful. Izabella provided a comprehensive and engaging tour of all the amenities, ensuring I understood everything Quantum Fitness had to offer. Beyond just the gym itself, she was extremely friendly and went the extra mile by offering fantastic recommendations for local areas to eat, which was incredibly useful as a traveler. What truly set her apart was her insightful advice on membership options, clearly explaining the pros of day passes and membership options for short stays. This guidance was invaluable in helping me make the best decision for my needs. Ultimately, Izabella's warm and inviting personality, coupled with her outstanding customer service, made Quantum Fitness stand out amongst other gyms in the area. Her dedication to ensuring a great experience for visitors, especially travelers, is evident, and she is unequivocally the reason I chose to return to Quantum Fitness. The gym itself boasts a very inviting and friendly atmosphere, a sentiment undoubtedly amplified by Izabella's presence.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a more private, higher end gym so based on the information provided online this seemed like a good spot. I say seemed bcs there is very few photos online. Upon visiting the location I wanted to ask few questions but getting the attention of a receptionist away from who I assume was one of the trainers was difficult. Not much beyond the generic info was shared. I asked to see the gym and was told I can have a walk about and check it out - I’m use to better service and usually in high end gym I would be taken on a tour. Tho to be fair it wouldn’t be a long tour… very few machines and even less space… slightly mess with some of the equipment loitering our the space. For a 3x price of a normal gym I expected more… PS I also asked why my email request placed via the website wasn’t answered and apparently “lots of msgs get lots in spam”…

I have been going to this gym for about six months now. Today I came to the hall 15 minutes ago, the administrator did not warn me about anything. After 15 minutes the receptionist came up and said the hall was closing. I don't understand why they didn't warn me at the entrance. It's very strange. Why was there no advance warning anywhere about the shortened day? I was not given time to shower and was taken outside in winter, wet and sweaty. I find this unacceptable. I am waiting for communication and explanation from the manager. Poor customer service in dealing with guests. Pay attention to this and work on it.

Arrived for a few weeks to Warsaw and it happened that this gym was not far from the hotel, they don’t have prices of the 1 day passes on the websites and they are not picking up a phone, I went there and they charged me for a day pass 35€, it’s expensive for 1 day, but I thought maybe for such a price they have smth really good inside, spoiler - no, the equipment is super old, the floor is not flat in the CrossFit/hyrox area, need to fix it if you charge such price for your gym, as the floor there is bulging in some places, and people even can injure themselves if they don’t see it and work with weights, the light there is dark and it’s really not visible. But the MAIN worst thing in this gym was the administrator, the one with brown shorter hair, as she even didn’t say high or smth, not even a smile, she acted like I own her smth, also she explained me a few times how to find a wardrobe, but she even couldn’t get up and show me, as in all the gyms receptionists do it, the gym was empty and she just didn't want to do any effort for me. As the other girl who was later with longer hair was quite friendly. Honestly, I don’t recommend this gym at all, owners, you need to check what is happening in your gym, as it’s important that people can train in a safe place
