Celebrity Fitness - Dpulze

Equipments and facilities are fine but there are a few things that are very annoying, like not having enough towels all the time, cleaners starting to clean the bathrooms way before the closing time infact they keep cleaning while you are taking a bath, etc

Recently joined. Not bad but I think Celebrity Fitness as a whole need to educate the members on ethics and discipline at a gym. Most of them do not seem to care to rack up or put back any at its original place. Never had this problem with Chi-X Nexus before. Or maybe because it's smaller. I usually went in the morning so the staff should rearrange everything back after hours.

Personally, I expected the service to be better considering this is one of the more prestigious gym franchises in Malaysia. Some staff are friendly, but some straight up looks like they want to kill you when you enter or ask a question. Generally, not a very friendly environment, coaches that walk pass are like dead inside and won't acknowledge you if they don't train you. However, the facilities are well maintained and gotta give props to the cleaner, the bathroom is so clean and she's literally the sweetest. Generally, its worth to join, just gotta bare with some staff being rude at times and lack of towels during peak hours.

Celebrity Fitness Gym is well equipped and has fantastic trainers. But Front Office is something the management has to work on. All the people in front office is well behaved and well trained except for "ANN" who is so arrogant and disrespectful to the customers. She is supposed to be respectful to any human for that matter which is minimum requirement which she doesn't have. i request management to train her as she is facing customers. All my friends has the same issue. Thank you
