I wish we had more spaces like this near all of our sports facilities and hotels! Very welcoming space and wonderful instructors sharing their love of Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Strength training and exercise. Their rooftop is perfect for classes throughout the warmer weather days. Call to book or drop in. Schedule available on their website. Developers take note we need more of these spaces!

Great studio and lovely people! It is a little small but the prices are very fair. You can do both montly unlimited passes and punch passes so they can cater to almost anyone's schedule. I will definately be a regular!
This is a great facility with a very knowledgeable and caring owner. There is a variety of classes to choose from and the atmosphere is friendly and inviting. I love taking yoga and fitness classes here and I highly recommend it.
Great facility to practice yoga! Our instructor was very knowledgeable and she ran a great class consisting of yoga, tai chi, and pilates, with great flow and transitions! I have been practicing yoga for a while now and found this to be a very nice twist on the traditional!
