You'll find everything you need, and you can do most of the exercises. The shade provided by the surrounding trees is crucial. Unfortunately, it's very dark in the evenings, and finding a parking space nearby is next to impossible, especially without a car. Since I work while driving, I exercise during my breaks, which is why I mentioned parking.

A decent gym on the sidelines on Puławska Street near the Post Office Bank, the only thing missing are gymnastic rings, nice surface.
Mega miejsce w cichym otoczeniu, idealne do treningu siłowego, lub nawet do rozgrzewki przed bieganiem. Na dole znajduje się staw, gdzie każdy znajdzie dla siebie trasę do joggingu. Gorąco polecam.
Co mnie interesuje rura do pole dance... jest... szkoda tylko, że jakieś pocholki zrobiły z głównego ramienia stabilizującego rurę wieszak na opony do boksowania... Podejrzewam, że po moim treningu opony "wróciły na swoje miejsce". Ogromny plus za cień i nawierzchnie, którą jest wyłozona siłownia, przyczepność do rury całkiem dobra
