I used the app coupon again this year, just like last year. It's been over 10 years since I last came here, but unlike other branches, the age range seems younger, and it feels more lively. Last year, I had a coupon for unlimited use all day, but this year there's a time limit... I wanted to use both the gym and the pool, but there wasn't nearly enough time. I didn't need three sessions; I wish they'd just made it unlimited use all day. To the owner: I was definitely told that the time limit is one hour. (Rubit app) Also, when I called the Kani Hiromi branch to ask about the time limit for using the Rubit app coupon, I was told it was one hour. If what the owner says is correct, then the information is wrong. What's going on?
On a weekday evening, I came here thinking I'd just do a quick workout before going home because I had work the next day, but two staff members and someone they knew monopolized the Smith machine, using it for 30 minutes even though the limit was 20 minutes. Even though there was a staff member there, they moved to another machine without wiping off their sweat after using it. I could understand if it was during the day on a weekday, but they told me not to do it when there were a lot of customers and that the staff should do their jobs.
My son has developed severe PTSD. How do they intend to take responsibility? They haven't even come to apologize, so I guess they have no intention of taking responsibility. This is beyond irresponsible. Are they still doing business with children? They can't possibly take care of children, can they? They called someone's son a pervert, and then acted without even investigating. It's outrageous. Still no apology! They have absolutely no sense of responsibility! Give me my money back!
