Lovely staff and massive car park, love it that you have 3 venues to select from to work out, gym, hit room and separate weights area, on the day we went the local police were offering free bike security marking to support the community
If you like a well equipped gym that is clean with plenty of space and nice new equipment, then I would thoroughly recommend. Unlike what others are saying here, I find that membership is not expensive considering the gym facilities and classes they offer - just as good as David Lloyd Sidcup where I used to pay 3x the price. This is great for families and gym bunnies who come to work out and nothing else - I am so pleased with the lack of show-offs here make it a super chilled and comfortable gym to work out without judgement. Baby pool is also nice and big - good for my 2 year old.
Perhaps tell the public you’re being renovated rather than allow someone to do 20 mins research , wait 15 mins on the phone to then be told. Not the centres fault of course, but someone can’t do a simple job they’re paid to do.
Made the mistake to try this place out after I moved places nearby. Of all the gym's I've been in my life, this one certainly has to be the worst, both by staff attitude and the quality of the facilities. Absolute waste of money!
No guest passes included in your expensive membership. No help from staff who are rude and short with you when you try to ask about it. The entrance system to the gym also requires an app and takes forever to open and use. It doesn’t work half the time and (again) the staff are not helpful or friendly.
