F45 Training Golden Grove

I had never been to a gym ever before coming here. I’m 52 so it was a bit scary. But I was welcomed so warmly and enthusiastically. I really enjoy the workouts and I’m pushed to achieve my best. I feel great afterwards & am enjoying the results. My goal was to improve my fitness to go hiking in the Flinders Ranges, and after 10 weeks, I was successful in easily conquering a 9 1/2 hour hike to the top of Saint Mary’s peak. Thank you F45. You helped me achieve this.

The owners and coaches are welcoming, positive and inspiring, supporting you to set goals that are suitable to your own targets without any fear or embarrassment. Over the last year, I have learnt a wealth of knowledge in not only exercise but also food and nutrition. Throughout various challenges, the members are encouraged every step of the way. With frequent check ins, scans and chats, the members are encouraged and guided to be their best. The whole community of F45 Golden Grove is nothing short of incredible. I didn’t want to join a gym …… but then got referred to F45 Golden Grove from a friend. And it definitely is the type of gym workout I’ve been looking for! - Every class is different - Every class is already set up for you - Every class has trainers that are there side by side with you. - EVERYONE MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY. Over 8 months later, I am still dedicated as ever. It’s my new addiction. Also pushing through some long term injuries, F45 GG works with me to help me with the workout and slightly changes the set to accomodate my injury. Here is a pic of our Challenge Results. I have really committed myself this year to my training and I can't begin to explain how much it has dramatically changed my mental and physical health, my mood, energy levels, stress and anxiety levels. At F45 Golden Grove you instantly become apart of a tight community and get to expand your social circle with friendly people who all have the same intentions of improving their health and fitness. There are plenty of social events to join and partake in as well as usual classes which are so much fun. Since joining F45 Golden Grove, I have been able to improve my mental and physical health and have gained so many close relationships and more importantly a positive relationship with myself, my mind and my body.

I have been going to F45 Golden Grove for over 18 months and absolutely love it. The coaches are so knowledgeable and friendly. I don’t have to think about my workout as everything is all set out to just come in and work hard. I always felt a bit intimidated walking into a gym but F45 has made me feel comfortable and now I love doing the weights. The coaches are on hand to show you the correct form and guide you through the workouts. F45 Golden Grove has a great atmosphere with a friendly, inclusive and welcoming feel to it. For me, I love getting my workout done first thing in the morning, which sets me up to feel energized for the day. I love the combination of cardio and weights throughout the week. I feel so much stronger and fitter and my tennis has improved so much! I have monitored my progress with the fully body scans and can see real tangible results which back up the way I feel.
