Very nice ambience: old thatched cottage, right on the dike, very quiet, two large bright yoga rooms with wooden floors. Yoga: In his Hatha Yoga classes, Thorsten repeatedly incorporates elements from other yoga styles. The lessons are very down to earth and suitable for everyday use by the practitioners. Good mix of concentrated work in the asanas and pranayama - very relaxed, informal and humorous atmosphere during the lessons. Thorsten corrects a lot, if desired, and is very individual on the needs of individuals. Worth for beginners and advanced.
