I recently joined this gym, and it has been a really positive experience. From the moment you walk in, the staff are welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. They genuinely take care of you, whether you’re new and need guidance or more experienced and just want support with your routine. The gym itself is very clean and well-maintained, which makes it a comfortable place to work out. Everything feels fresh and organised, so you don’t have to worry about hygiene or clutter. It also has a relaxed, open atmosphere that makes it easy to focus and enjoy your workout. One of the best things about this gym is that it never feels overcrowded. There’s plenty of space and equipment available, so you can exercise without feeling rushed or stressed. Overall, it’s a great place for anyone looking for a friendly, clean, and calm environment to stay active.

This Gym is the Largest gym in Deira facilities and staff are amazing really recommended to everyone around this area and the best thing ever is they are 24 hours 7 days open, I really it😍😍😍 mostly the trainers very helpful😘😘😘

The trainers, especially Mr. Afzal and Mr. Janis, have been instrumental in my fitness journey—they are more than just trainers; they are like brothers to me. The entire training team, including Mr. Ubaid, Mr. Ashraf, Mr. Shreejith, Mr. Tony, and Mr. Gilbert, is incredibly supportive, friendly, and professional. The management is excellent, always ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment. The gym itself is the biggest in Deira, Dubai, covering 25,000 square feet, and it is always clean, well-maintained, and equipped with top-notch machinery. Despite its premium facilities, the membership is very affordable, making it accessible to everyone. I highly recommend everyone to try working out here for at least a month—you’ll experience the difference! Great experience to do a workout here. Good machines and free weights available to train all muscle groups. The fitness center is clean. I also like that there are plants in various locations, and that walls are painted in bright colours. Good music to accompany the training. Thanks.

I tried to book a day pass for me and my friends. They told us that the day pass is only for gym access, and that the mirror area now has separate fees and a 4-hour limit for less than 10 people. They did mention it this time – but it wasn’t like that before, so it was frustrating and disappointing. We used to come here without those extra rules and charges, so it felt like the place changed without clear explanation. The gym itself is fine, but the new pricing and restrictions really affected our experience. Transparency about changes would make things better for regular customers.
