After a 20+ year hiatus from 'health clubs', I recently joined David Lloyd in Milton Keynes. From initial enquiry, to flexibly arranged facilities tour, to final 'joining', the process was expertly handled by Megan in the Sales team. The whole experience was un-pressured throughout and I felt that she would have unlimited patience for endless 'silly' questions. In fact I felt guilty for not asking enough! Megan also took the time to walk through setting up the app with me and to ensure everything was up and running successfully so I could literally dive right in (to the pool). First impressions of the facilities are that they are excellent. It is a big club, with a lot of members, but the facilities are modern and plentiful. I'm looking forward to a change in lifestyle and making the most of all of the experiences David Lloyd has to offer.

Megan was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond; even treating him to a coffee during their chat. We had a really positive experience at the gym, thanks to Nik. From the moment we arrived, he was welcoming, approachable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood all the options without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Nik’s friendly manner and professionalism made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. It’s clear he knows his stuff and takes pride in helping people feel comfortable and informed. David Lloyd Milton Keynes is one of the best gyms I’ve been to. The facilities are excellent, clean, and very well maintained. There’s a great variety of equipment, classes, and spaces to train, whether you’re working out, relaxing, or just enjoying the environment. The atmosphere is really nice and motivating, and the overall experience feels more like a premium club than just a gym. Staff are friendly and helpful, which makes everything even better. Overall, a very high-quality place that I would definitely recommend.
We signed up as new members today as a family. Nik has been absolutely brilliant from the start, and has made us feel very welcome & at ease with the facility.
