Been going since August best thing I have done. Great PT instructors who are friendly and make you feel welcome. I was apprehensive because of my size, didn't need to worry, always felt I belonged. Great for sports massage, Kaitlyn puts you at ease and is very knowledgeable and has helped with my shoulders. I would definitely recommend Kaitlyn for the sports massage.
Unique is the best gym in Durham. Whether you're looking for a great mix of classes, 121 personal training or the perfect space to train by yourself, Unique has everything you need. I've been a member of this gym for over 4 years after being a member of a number of other gyms previously and I've never thought about training anywhere else since joining. All staff are friendly and take an interest in what you're looking to achieve from your training. Highly recommended.
Started going to this gym for PT. Was welcomed by amazing friendly staff and the other gym users are great. The atmosphere is really warm and friendly. Great selection of classes and huge availability of weights and machines to help you achieve those personal goals. There are a selection of membership options. Been a member here for 2 years now and even though it's a small gym it's perfect for those who just want to get their head down and crack on, the staff are so friendly and always ready to answer any questions you have!
