Illes Calvia - Gym in Illes Balears, Spain

I have been going to this gym for a few months now and so far i can't say enough good things about it. The equipment is state-of-the-art, and the gym is always clean and well-maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, especially Ruben at reception who always helped us with anything we needed with a smile on his face. The variety of classes is impressive, catering to all fitness levels and interests. The positive atmosphere and sense of community here make every visit enjoyable and motivating. Another great feature of this gym which i am really fond of is the drinks machine. With your membership you get free access to all types of flavoured water. All in all, 10 out of 10, highly recommend.

The staff are wonderful, however the facility and equipment are in constant disrepair. Exercise machines are often broken or not working properly. The heat in the spa area is not turned on early enough for this area to be usable in the early morning. The management really needs to improve overall maintenance.

The showers are disgusting, dirty and full of mould. The trainers are unfriendly and only interested in young girls. Girls often block the equipment because they are busy posting on Instagram or WhatsApp. It's the worst gym on Mallorca

The receptionist Ruben discussed with one customer membership options and let > 10 customers wait for > 20 min just to enter. Ruben didn't reply to customer questions how long will it take. Please train Ruben on time management and customer handling.
