This gym has Efficient and quality equipment, as I am a morning person it was always quiet and not overwhelming for me, the locals are nice and the PTS are friendly and welcoming. Out of all the gyms iv signed up to At ZAP fitness I have made the most progress and felt the most comfortable. I moved away which meant I couldn’t continue my membership but I miss this gym I highly recommend ZAP fitness.
Clean, tidy, easy to use and understand for a beginner. Bathrooms are spacious and very hygienic. Quiet, accessible and the girl who helped me through my free trial and then membership provided helpful and friendly suggestions. Would highly recommend! A pool or hot tub would be a lovely addition to Zap's venues :)
Highly recommend Zap Fitness in Glen Osmond💪🏻Right from receiving information to enrolling myself to Zap, the staff has been wonderfully helpful and friendly. I feel safe and comfortable doing my workout in Zap. There are sanitizing stations and the gym overall is very well maintained and clean. Keep it up and all the best !
Good range of equipment, friendly staff. The only downside is that the weight machines don't tell you how heavy you are lifting. They are numbered 1-15 instead of in kilograms like other gyms. If coming here from another gym, you'll have to guess how heavy you can lift as number 10 on a machine at Zap Fitness could be 20kg, 25kg, 30kg.. maybe more, maybe less. In addition, number 10 on one machine is not the same weight as number 10 on another machine. It can get confusing. Also, unlike other Zap fitness gyms I've been to, the lights in these bathrooms automatically turn off after a while which has been slightly annoying. Overall 4 stars for a clean and friendly gym!
Constantly filthy and dirty. Have reported this many times. When ever it rains 2 little lakes form in the gym from leaks in the aircon vents.. Often no soap or paper towel in toilets... The place needs a vacuum... Blocked sinks.. They need to give the attendant who works here a vacuum... In other gyms the worker also uses a vacuum and helps keep the place clean.. Today the aircon isn't working and its so stuffy inside..
