serious muay thai training in a clean and neat environment
Very clean and great place to do some Muay Thai workout, be it for fitness or to get ready for sparring/competition. The teachers are very professional and so are the C-Hings who support the classes. They don't pressure you like some fight clubs out there, but you are sure to get a superb cardio out every single time. After all, you get out of it what you put in. I like their ethics when it comes to sparring as they hugely emphasize respect for each other. There is no space for egos. I see the ladies enjoying the Muay Thai classes as much as the guys and feeling very comfortable with being in the same session.

SCAM! - beware of their collection of personal data I joined kfit and signed up for a class in the cwb studio for the first time. When I arrived, the reception asked me to fill in a form with the info abt. my name, telephone no., my HKID card no. and my address. Usually for other studios, they will only ask for name and telephone, so I asked her why would you need my HKID card and Address. The lady said it's to keep a record and protect themselves if I break anything in class. I said I am happy to put down some money as deposit but I won't give you so many personal information and for keeping record telephone number should be enough. But she keeps on saying that it's company policy and don't allow me to attend the class if I don't give the information. The form didn't mention anything on how they will use and keep the information. It's very dangerous as most of the people may not think too much and fill in what they ask for. I didn't have chance to try for their kickboxing class, may be its as good as what people said below, but I think the company itself should review their company policy whether they need such a detail information for people who just want to have a trail class.
