I've had an absolutely fantastic experience at David Lloyd Beaconsfield! The team here truly goes above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable. Special shoutout to GM David - top lad! He's not afraid to get his hands dirty, literally!!!! as I witnessed him unclog the toilet in the men's changing room all with a smile and great humor. The staff across the club are equally amazing. Salesperson Will is knowledgeable and approachable, while Amie, Hannah and Honor at the front of house are always smiling, polite and genuinely friendly making you feel welcome the moment you walk in. The F&B team - Louise, Chrissy, Erin and Leanne are exceptional, offering top-notch service and whipping up the best dirty chai lattes I've ever had. Every visit feels like coming to a place where everyone truly cares about your experience. Big thanks to the entire team at David Lloyd Beaconsfield for making it such a fantastic club to visit! I am extremely disappointed with the way this matter has been handled. I purchased a pair of swim shorts from David Lloyd and wore them for the first time in the swimming pool. Shortly afterwards, I developed a severe allergic reaction in my groin area, affecting both the front and back, with significant redness, irritation and itching. It was extremely uncomfortable and distressing. The very next day, I returned to David Lloyd to explain what had happened and to return the shorts. The shorts were taken from me and I was told that the matter would be looked into and that someone would come back to me. I then waited almost 10 days for a response, only to be told that a refund would not be issued. I find this extremely disappointing and unfair. I returned the shorts promptly, explained clearly that they had caused a severe reaction after first use, and David Lloyd kept the item while they investigated. I am now left without the shorts and £45 out of pocket. I understand David Lloyd may say that the shorts were supplied by an external provider, but from a customer's perspective, they were purchased within a David Lloyd club. If David Lloyd allows external providers to sell products on its premises to its members and customers, then David Lloyd should take responsibility for ensuring complaints are handled properly and fairly. It is not acceptable to simply pass responsibility elsewhere when something goes wrong. This experience has caused me genuine pain, discomfort and distress. I would have expected a company such as David Lloyd to show some empathy, take the complaint seriously, and offer a fair resolution. Instead, I feel dismissed and let down. Keeping the shorts and then refusing to refund me is unacceptable. Overall, this has been a very upsetting and disappointing experience. I expected far better from David Lloyd, especially given the nature of the reaction and the fact that I returned the item immediately. I changed my review since David Lloyds has acknowledged the problem and now issued a refund by way of reducing my membership fee next month. - thank you.

Excellent gym and spa facilities. The gym is well equipped, clean, and has everything you need whether you are training seriously or just staying active. The spa is a great bonus and perfect for recovery after sessions. Big thanks to Kalem for being genuinely helpful with the membership process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole setup easy and stress free. Highly recommend

From the moment I walked into DL Club, I was made to feel genuinely welcome. Although the recruiting manager was away, Saoirse took the time to personally show me around the club, offering a tour and inviting me to sit in the coffee lounge for a relaxed conversation. She was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. She truly embodied the premium values of the club. Saoirse showed a genuine interest in my background.What really stood out was her attention to detail and hospitality. It was clear she takes real pride in the club and represents it brilliantly as an ambassador. I also recognised several existing clients and staff during my visit, which reinforced the strong sense of community throughout the space. Saoirse went above and beyond to ensure my details were passed on correctly and left me with a very positive and lasting impression of DL Club. An absolute credit to the team.

I've been a member for nearly a year so I'm basing my review on my experience as a whole. The gym has genuinely good facilities with great equipment and you can always get on something. I love the yoga sessions available and generally speaking it's easy to book on with the app. I don't swim but the pools look fab and always see popular. I also really enjoyed my PT sessions and felt that I've progressed towards my goals thanks to this. Negatives- lack of communication from management is my biggest concern. There have been a number of times where I have raised issues and the response from management is extremely slow and often not answered at all. I once raised concerns about lack of food and drink options for allergy sufferers and not being able to get onto classes due to app problems and got a response back weeks later. Recently I've had to chase a refund for a month and still not had anything back. Often when problems are brought to the attention of management they say that it can't be dealt with at the club and has to go to a different office. For a premium club I think this lets them down slightly. On the whole I have enjoyed being a member but just wish it wasn't as hard to resolve problems when they arise.
