I have been a Goodlife member for years. Specifically this Goodlife location. I have also used the local gyms like YMCA and Anytime Fitness. Goodlife is like a second home to me. They are genuinely interested in your goals and make efforts to help you be your best self. The staff address concerns and attend to any equipment that may eventually wear out. Its equipment. It doesnt last forever. The small hometown feeling, the familiarity with other members and the site, the welcome you feel when there is unparallelled. Yes the majority of equipement like weightlifting are downstairs but its well lit and it feels comfortable. If you dont find this location suitable to your needs....feel free to look elsewhere but this is my Goodlife and I love it... truly my second home. Thank you Goodlife for giving me a place to be better.
Cobourg usually has terrible holiday hours. Great club when not busy. Clean. Bright. I've been to at least 10 good life locations. All different. All pretty good. Rarely a bad staff member, but they never ruin your day.
Not worth it anymore. They cut back the hours recently so now Friday Hours and weekend hours are horrible. Only reason I stay with them is because I live close to the mall.
These hours are ridiculous and they just cut back the hours again.. seriously needs 24h.
Used to be a great place to workout but they have cut most of the group exercise classes. There are no classes in the evenings anymore but they still charge the same for memberships. Not worth it anymore.
