Cobourg usually has terrible holiday hours. Great club when not busy. Clean. Bright. I've been to at least 10 good life locations. All different. All pretty good. Rarely a bad staff member, but they never ruin your day.

Not worth it anymore. They cut back the hours recently so now Friday Hours and weekend hours are horrible. Only reason I stay with them is because I live close to the mall.

Used to be a great place to workout but they have cut most of the group exercise classes. There are no classes in the evenings anymore but they still charge the same for memberships. Not worth it anymore.

These hours are ridiculous and they just cut back the hours again.. seriously needs 24h.
