Merritt Clubs Owings Mills

We have been members for a while now and love this gym. It is small but has great spaces, good equipment and friendly staff. Ray Kabia is an instructor for a Les Mills BodyPump class on Monday and he is BRILLIANT!!! His class is worth the membership fees on it's own. It is a fantastic all body workout, he has excellent form and makes the workout super fun. The gym is open 24 hours and offers group classes like spinning, bodypump, yoga...etc, their schedules are online. It does not have a pool. I would definitely recommend this gym and the classes.

Good local gym based on its size. If you’re looking for hundred of pieces of equipment then this location is not for you. If you are tight with the wallet and this is the only location you plan to use, and you do not plan on taking advantage of the other locations that comes with your membership, then this gym is probably not for you. I enjoy the convenient location and the 24 hour access. This location offers enough equipment to get a nice workout in and to bulk up. My only issue isn’t related to the gym, but those members that lack gym etiquette (talking loud, slamming equipment, not re-racking weights, leaving trash on the floor, etc).
