Really great gym and the best trainers here. They guide properly and its been 5 months i am working out here and not me everyone around me they praise me that i have loose weight and its just because of the trainers here all time fav gym.
Nice zym & nice atmosphere our trainer Shivam sir is always motivated us for natural transformation. I was join the zym my weight is 80 kg something and I have lot of problems like I carry lot of weight and many pblms, but now my body weight is 68 and now I am fit and happy. Liv Fit is perfect gym to get in shape. Trainer (Shivam Kumar) is very motivating and professional. His experience reflects in his action. Gym is daily sanitised and all the equipments are new. Staff is well behaved.
