I've been going to Destination Rehab (at Embark) for about 6 months, and they are very knowledgeable and great to work with. I highly recommend them.
I tried a free week at Embark Fitness and was really impressed. Doiran is a fantastic trainer who makes the workouts both approachable and effective. The gym has a small, boutique feel with a great community vibe, and I feel like I only scratched the surface of what they offer. Highly recommend.
Embark Fitness made me a gym person. I have been to gyms on and off over the years, but it has never stuck. Embark checks all the boxes in a big way: fun workouts; a nice facility; great instructors; and awesome gym members. The owner, Dorian, is super motivating and helpful. I have been going to Embark for more than a year. Over this time, I have seen a substantial improvement in my fitness that carries over to all my other activities. I'm glad I found this gym.
I had the opportunity to drop in for a workout thanks to the great generosity of Embark owner, Dorian, who accommodated me outside of regular hours while I was in town on vacation. The facility is well equipped, super clean, and with an exceptional cycling studio with top notch equipment and interactive video screens. Dorian has obvious passion for what he does for his clients - highly recommend!!
Embark Fitness is afun, active, clean space with a great owner/trainer at the helm. Dorian is not only a great guy, he is is a fantastic, knowledgeable trainer! Whether it’s for year-round fitness, or that special goal in your life, I can’t recommend space highly enough.
