Amazing company and people. When they say they would rather sell you the part to fix an old machine rather than sell you a new machine, they are serious. I have 4 of their series chargers working 6 days a week with my oldest being 14 years old. Great products.
Called the phone # on the 9 year old charger, I gave Victor the old model # and he sent the new model replacing the old model. It got to Miami Florida next day in perfect condition. Works Like a charm. Great company to buy from. Thank You ! Guy’s
Great customer service. I bought a battery charger for my business today . So far I have charged a few batteries and has some better than any other one I have used . And you can tell it’s better built. I love the fact it’s built in USA and especially right here in okc. I have a good feeling this product will last me a long time.
I have one of their on-board chargers for and electric vehicle I purchased in 2008-9. Has worked perfectly until last month and wouldn’t complete charging cycle. Called them up and dropped off the charger. Victor was great and kept me informed on the repair. $50 for a new upgraded circuit board and two days later, I’m back in business. It’s so unusual to have an electronic device made not only the USA, but right here in Oklahoma! They were very professional with a good product and great customer service. I highly recommend!!!
