At Walty gym there is a great opportunity to choose an exercise according to your wishes. I go to PUMP, it is a strength training and I always leave there satisfied and exhausted. The trainer is amazing, she always gives me such a workout that I have muscle even though I have been going to her for almost three years. And most importantly, every workout is different. So for me it is absolutely great.
I've been going to Walta for almost three years now and it's great. Before, when I went to group classes, I never really got into it, with her it's different. She's precise and does it with her heart, she changes the workouts often and does them with thought, it's always a blast and a good one. I started exercising twice a week and I'm already going 4 times, it's an addiction. :)
